These Florida West Coast homes are private homes with swimming pools, maintained through various management companies located minutes from the accommodation. While the homes are generally older than those in the Orlando Disney area, all units meet the criteria of a superior home with all the necessary extras to make the house into a home. The traditional Florida ranch homes feature great rooms, large pools and spacious sun decks and are the ideal environment for taking in the relaxing pace along Florida's Gulf Coast and the beautiful beaches.

The 3-bedroom homes are suitable for up to 6 guests. All accommodation comes with centrally regulated air conditioning and heating, cable TV and a telephone. They are furnished with a sofa, a love seat and tables and chairs in the dining area. The master bedrooms have a king-size or queen-size bed with an adjoining bathroom and shower. Additional rooms have either 1 double bed or 2 twin beds, with at least one shared bathroom and shower. The kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, a cooker, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine, an ironing set and a clothes dryer are also provided.

The pool area offers a screen enclosure, a pool deck and a minimum of 2 sun loungers.
